Our Warranty

Every Monatauk product carries a 3 year warranty and is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  This warranty is non-transferable and covers repair or replacement of the entire unit or faulty component.  Claims made as a result of abuse, battery leakage, neglect or alterations will be denied.  Bulb burnout and battery drain are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered in the 3 year limited warranty.  Switch failure after a period of 2 years is not covered. 

Returns: 
Contact us before returning a Monatauk product for repair or replacement.  We will need your proof of purchase and an explaination of the product defect.
